We are an unincorporated, PEACEFUL, lawful county level group assembly focused on restoring our lawful government.

We believe in self-governance at all levels of government.  We support transparency, equity, efficiency, and good faith in all operations of governance.        

We seek to uphold the Law of the Land and to protect our unalienable rights.

The primary responsibility of our unincorporated county government is to protect you, your rights and your property.

We are exercising our unalienable right to peacefully assemble.    

An Assembly is a gathering of people united to self-govern within their community in accordance with America’s original Common Law values. Each County Assembly consists of people/People composed of all declared American State Nationals/Citizens living withing the boundaries of the county as a form of unincorporated government. We self-govern in an unincorporated capacity, operating the land jurisdiction we are owed.

The Santa Rosa County Assembly was established on September 23, 2025. As the Santa Rosa County Assembly Organizer, I, Barbara Clayberger©, am committed to lawfully and peacefully restoring our American government under Common Law. Securing the rights, labor, and property of all Americans is my focus, as we seek to build our county courts.

A few years ago, my eyes were opened to the fraud, deceit, and abuse that is and has been committed against our neighbors here in this great country of America.  Because of this, and since I am a researcher, facts were uncovered that were hard for me to believe.  The level of criminality being perpetrated against everyday people is unimaginable.  I was motivated to do my part in correcting the wrongs that we, as Americans, have had to endure for 160+ years.

My talents are teaching, researching, organizing, and compassion for people.  For about 40 years, I served as a Medical Technologist, specializing in Microbiology.  This service included several hospital laboratories, doctor’s offices, and independent laboratories. 

In 1977, I earned a B.S. in Medical Technology with a minor in Chemistry.  Part of that degree was spent in a one-year internship in Medical Technology program at well-known hospital.

My desire is that, by exploring this website, your eyes will be opened to truth.  May you be motivated to do your part in restoring our lawful, unincorporated government.  With team effort, we will work toward an unincorporated county government.
